Dr. Joseph Chou

Dr. Joseph Chou originally graduated from National Taiwan University. After more than ten years of practicing dentistry, he moved to the United States. In 1987, Dr. Chou obtained his second dental degree from Temple University, graduating with honors.

Dr. Chou aims to provide his patients with the latest technology and state-of-the-art dental science. He attends numerous continuing education courses annually to stay current with new developments. In addition to membership in the American Dental Association and the Delaware State Dental Society, Dr. Chou is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, and has been appointed a Fellow and a Master Dentist in the Academy of general Dentistry. Dr. Chou has volunteered on the staff of Wilmington Hospital Dental Clinic for 20 years, sharing his knowledge and experience with recent dental graduates. In 2002, Dr. Chou was named one of the top dentists by Delaware Today magazine.

Dr. Chou and his wife live in the Newark area. They have a daughter and a son, both of whom graduated from dental school.

Dr. Jeffrey Stout

Born and raised in Newark, Dr. Joseph Stout's son Jeffrey joined Newark Dental Associates in 1993.Dr. Jeffrey is a 1981 graduate of St. Mark's High School and a 1986 graduate of the University Of Delaware. He received his doctorate from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1992. Dr. Jeff completed a one year General Practice Residency at a Yale University affiliate, St. Mary's Hospital in Waterbury, Connecticut in 1993. Dr. Stout is a member of the Delaware State Dental Society and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Jeff and his wife Rachelle have two children, Grace and Joseph.

Dr. Kevin F. Roberts

Dr. Kevin F. Roberts is a 1973 graduate of John Dickinson High School. He attended the University of Delaware where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Societies. In 1977, he graduated with Honors majoring in Biological Science. Next, he attended Temple University School of Dentistry and was a member of the Periodontal Honor Society, Stomatognathic Honor Society, St. George Oral Cancer Society, and vice-president of the Oral Surgery Honor Society. After graduating in 1981, he completed a one year General Practice Residency in Dentistry at the Wilmington Medical Center. He joined Newark Dental Associates in 1982 and is currently on the teaching staff at the Christiana Care Hospital Dental Clinic.

Dr. Roberts is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Delaware State Dental Society, and the Total Case Management Study Group. He also regularly attends continuing education courses.

Dr. Roberts is married and has four children. His wife, Lorrie, is a logistics manager for Agilent Technologies.

Dr. Bill Ralston

Dr. Ralston is no longer treating patients, however he remains on our staff as a consultant.
